Photocatalysis
Light activated processes using heterogeneous catalysts offer alternatiive pathways for hydrogen production (water splitting) or degradation of organic compounds, where both photocatalytic as well as photoelectrocatalytic processes photoelectrochemical (PEC) are being investigated.
